America's sewer structures are wearing out
Every city runs on structures nobody sees: manholes, lift stations, wet wells. Groundwater works in through their joints and gets treated at the plant's expense. Sewer gas eats their walls from the inside.
Cities have spent decades paying for temporary fixes to a permanent problem.

The Triplex Liner System is the permanent fix
We invented a different answer: not a coating sprayed on a failing wall, but a new structural wall cured in place inside the old one.
Two layers of structural fiberglass around a continuous corrosion barrier, fabricated for the exact structure it repairs. Patented, proven, and designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions.
It is installed in cities across the United States, Canada and Australia, and we welcome work beyond them.

Do it right once
A coating protects a surface until the surface fails again. A structural liner replaces what the structure lost, its strength and its corrosion protection, in one operation.
That is why cities that have tried both specify the liner. It turns a maintenance cycle into a finished repair.


One structure, one liner, one shift
The liner is built at our plant before the crew ever opens the road. Site work is short: prepare the structure, cure the liner in place, return it to service. For a typical manhole, the same day.
Engineers can request the full specification package. The short version is that the disruption a city fears from rehabilitation is the part we engineered out.

Built for the Structure
The structure is measured and its liner is built to those dimensions at our plant in Northwest Florida. The liner arrives in two pieces, the shaft and the bottom disc, made to fit that structure and no other.

Saturated and Set
The wall is cleaned back to sound structure. The crew saturates the liner, lowers it in and sets the inflation canister, which presses the liner into full contact with the wall it is repairing.

Cured and Back in Service
Steam and air cure the liner in place against the host structure. The inlets and outlets are cut and reopened, and the line goes back into service the same day.
Forty-three feet, in the middle of downtown
Edmonton. A structure forty-three feet deep, on a street that cannot close. The liner is still one piece, built for that structure, and it goes down through the opening that is already there. No dig, no new structure, and the street is back the same day.
The oldest ones are the best argument
We do not have to describe how the liner ages. It has been in the ground long enough to show you.
Seventeen years
There is a lined culvert still in service seventeen years later, still one continuous surface with no seams and nothing to feather back.
Twenty-seven years
There is a lined manhole opened at twenty-seven years old, opened up and photographed with its bench and invert intact.
More than thirty
The liner was invented by Ron McNeil in 1991, and we have manufactured it in Northwest Florida for more than thirty years.
