A structural liner ends the cycle. It is structural fiberglass bonded around a continuous non-porous membrane, fabricated for the one structure it repairs and cured in place inside it, and it is designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions.

The liner goes in through the opening that is already there. No dig, no new structure, no rebuilding the street around it.

The system is installed in wet or dry conditions. A structure that is still taking groundwater does not have to be dewatered and held before it can be repaired.

A twenty-year non-prorated materials warranty on standard manholes, five years on wet wells, pump stations and culverts. The licensed installer warrants the installation.

Does the structure have to come out of service?
Usually for no more than a single shift. Most manholes are lined and returned to service the same day.
Can it go in where the structure is still leaking?
Yes. The system is designed to be installed against active groundwater, so the infiltration does not have to be stopped first.
What is warranted?

How is this different from an epoxy or cementitious coating?
