What you are specifying, in plain terms
The Triplex Liner is structural fiberglass bonded around a continuous non-porous membrane, cured in place inside the host structure. The membrane is what separates it from a coating: the corrosion barrier is a continuous layer built into the laminate, not a film applied to a wall that is already failing.
Each liner is built in two pieces, the shaft and the bottom disc, with double thickness where the wall meets the bench. That geometry is patented, and it is there because the bench and the corner are where these structures actually fail.
It is fabricated for one structure, it is installed in wet or dry conditions, and it is designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions.

How is this different from an epoxy or cementitious coating?
A coating protects a surface. The Triplex Liner is a structural wall with its own corrosion barrier, cured in place inside the existing structure.
How long does it last?
The liner is designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions. Standard manholes carry a twenty-year non-prorated materials warranty, and wet wells, pump stations and culverts carry five years.
Can it go in where the structure is still leaking?
Yes. The system is designed to be installed against active groundwater, so the infiltration does not have to be stopped first.
