The Triplex Liner System Is the Permanent Fix
We invented a different answer: not a coating sprayed on a failing wall, but a new structural wall cured in place inside the old one.
Two layers of structural fiberglass around a continuous corrosion barrier, fabricated for the exact structure it repairs. Patented, proven, and designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions.
It is installed in cities across the United States, Canada and Australia, and we welcome work beyond them.

America's Sewer Structures Are Wearing Out
Every city runs on structures nobody sees: manholes, lift stations, wet wells. Sewer gas eats their concrete year after year, and that corrosion is what finally lets groundwater push through, as infiltration and as lost structural integrity. Cities have spent decades paying for temporary fixes to a permanent problem.

How It’s Done
The short version of the installation manual: the liner is measured and custom built at the factory, the structure is prepped and the liner installed, and the structure goes back into service. For a typical manhole, the same day.
Engineers can request the full specification package. The disruption a city fears from rehabilitation is the part we engineered out.

Measured and Built
Every liner starts at our factory in Northwest Florida, custom built to the measurements of the structure it will repair, in two pieces: the shaft and the bottom disc.

Prepped and Installed
On site, the structure is cleaned back to sound wall. The crew saturates the liner, lowers it in, presses it into full contact with the structure, and cures it in place with steam and air.

Back in Service
The inlets and outlets are cut and reopened, and the structure returns to service with a new structural wall inside the old one. For a typical manhole, the same day.
Do It Right Once
A coating protects a surface until the surface fails again. A structural liner replaces what the structure lost, its strength and its corrosion protection, in one operation.
That is why cities that have tried both specify the liner. It turns a maintenance cycle into a finished repair.

Built for the Hard Ones
Some structures are critical to a city's health and nearly impossible to take offline: deep, downtown, on streets that cannot close. That is the work this system was built for. The liner goes in through the opening that is already there, one piece, sized to the structure, and the street is back the same day.
Working in Louisiana
We work with Louisiana municipalities, utility districts and consulting engineers on manhole, lift station and wet well rehabilitation. If rehabilitation is in your capital plan, we can help scope and specify it.
Three Ways In
What the liner costs a city over its life, and what the warranty covers.

Go →Questions We Get in Louisiana
Do you line lift stations and wet wells, or just manholes?
Both. Manholes are the core application, and lift stations and wet wells are lined with the same system.
We have used coatings before. What changes?
A coating depends on the wall underneath it. The Triplex Liner is a new structural wall, cured in place inside the old one, with the corrosion barrier built into it.
What is the service life?
Up to 100 years in sewer conditions, designed and tested. The materials warranty is twenty years non-prorated on standard manholes and five years on wet wells, pump stations and culverts.
Do you self-perform the work?
Installation is carried out by contractors licensed and trained on the system. Send us the project and we will connect you.
Do you work outside the United States?
The system is installed across the United States, Canada and Australia, and we welcome enquiries from anywhere.
